Meet Alisha
Yoga Instructor, Nutrition Coach, and Fitness Instructor

After 18 years in banking, Alisha left the corporate world to find balance and health for her family and herself. She studied health and nutrition to become a certified nutrition coach. Alisha quickly found that she truly loved helping others, and became a fitness coach and a certified fitness instructor.
​
She later discovered peace, strength, and passion in yoga. She earned her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher certification under Rebecca Sirman Farr in Ocean City, Maryland.
​
Through her own journey to health, Alisha lost 30 pounds, reduced her stress, and became pain-free for the first time in her adult life. She now shares her learnings online, in person, on the water, on the beach, and in the studio classroom.
